Walley Design’s core business is the development of detail engineering and construction drawings (structural, mechanical and civil) in the following fields: energy, mechanical, chemical, oil & gas, off-shore and pharmaceutical. Analysis and development of feasibility studies and FEED studies.

Walley Design strives to guarantee complete Customer satisfaction, to ensure respect for the environment and occupational health and safety.

In order to achieve these objectives, the Administrator aims to promote and to ensure strict application of the principles set out in the management system, according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, and to encourage continuous improvement through the direct involvement of the whole staff.

The company strategy aims to:

• identify the needs and expectations of its Clients and all interested parties, in order to satisfy them efficiently
• define significant environmental aspects
• identify and mitigate risks related to business activities
• tie Walley Design’s name to high quality standards
• comply with all applicable mandatory laws
• constantly monitor and improve the effectiveness of the Quality, Environment and Safety management system and also the level of services and business processes
• optimize its internal resources, in order to avoid mistakes, delays, inefficiencies and injuries
• maintain a high level of technical competence of personnel, through a policy of constant training and involvement
• ensure compliance with mandatory legislation in terms of environment and occupational safety
• improve internal and external communication
• involve and aware the whole staff about quality, safety and environmental issues.

In view of the above, the Administrator commits to:

• encourage the participation of all workers
• ensure environmental protection as well as pollution prevention
• annually maintain the Quality, Environmental and Safety policy, to re-examine it in order to ensure its constant suitability and to update it in accordance with the company’s objectives and strategies
• ensure that the Quality, Environmental and Safety policy is widespread, understood and implemented at all levels and that it becomes an integral part of the corporate culture
• periodically check the efficiency of the Quality, Environment and Safety management system, promote improvement actions designed to increase customer satisfaction, environmental performance, occupational health and safety.

The Administrator is committed to monitor and to support the achievement of the objectives set.
